Responsible for designing the backend infrastructure and data models that provide the tracking system on the one hand, as well as algorithms that should increase the conversion rate on a network level, based on data mining performed on the network dataset, on the other hand.

Design, implementation, testing and optimization of the 2Parale affiliate marketing platform and additional support applications in order to improve conversion rate and revenue.

I have designed and supervised the implementation of several websites of the firm's portfolio (e.g. pranzuldincaserola.ro, factura.ro, convertor.ro, twittersection.com etc).

Responsible for marketing projects, offline but mostly online. I have collaborated with the Product Management department in order to create campaigns for promoting products and brands, and also in order to continuously change the store's product portfolio with products that sell.

I have supervised the implementation of projects such as: "Testat de comunitate" (=Tested by the community), eMAG Forum, customer review platform, product marketing campaigns, newsletter campaigns etc.
